Hi, I'm Crystal.
I've spent more than 20 years running a customer-facing specialty retail business, learning firsthand what makes people buy, what makes them hesitate, and what happens when the systems behind a business aren't working the way they should.
I hold both an associate degree and a bachelor's degree in graphic design, and I bring professional administrative experience to the work I do today.
That combination matters.
I don't just look at how a website looks. I look at whether customers can find what they're looking for, understand what they're buying, trust the business, and complete their purchase without unnecessary frustration.

What I've learned the hard way
I've worked with a product catalog of more than 26,000 items, confronted messy categories and product data, redesigned website pages, investigated checkout and shipping problems, and worked to improve my business's visibility in search engines.
I've also learned that a beautiful marketing campaign doesn't automatically produce sales, and that what works on one social platform may not work on another. I'm continually testing, learning, and refining those strategies.
More recently, I've been developing AI-assisted business systems, including specialist agents, departmental workflows, task coordination, and quality-control processes.
I believe independent business owners deserve access to the same kind of organized systems that larger companies use. That's why I created Chrystyle.

Results & scope
Will this increase my sales?
I can't promise that, and be careful of anyone who does. I can show you, with evidence, where shoppers are likely getting stuck and what to fix first. Share your traffic and sales numbers and I can estimate which fixes matter most.
Will you change anything on my website?
Not during an audit. Changes are a separate project with their own scope and your written approval.
What if I need more than the scope covers?
I'll tell you before doing it and quote it separately. Nothing gets added to your bill without your approval.
What platforms do you work with?
Any public website. I know WordPress and WooCommerce best, and the principles apply to Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and others.
Access & safety
Do you need my passwords?
No. Audits use your public pages. If a login is ever needed, I'll set up limited, revocable access through a secure method, never by email.
What happens to my information?
It's used only to deliver your project. Your files stay in a private folder. I never sell your data.
Is this for me?
My industry is one most marketers won't touch.
That's familiar territory. I know what it's like to work around advertising and platform restrictions, and I'll keep recommendations inside the rules.
I built an app or product but can't sell it.

Payment & timing
Why do prices say "Starting at"?
Every business is different. The listed price covers the standard scope on each service page. If your project is bigger, I'll quote it in writing first, and you only pay once you've accepted that scope.
Can I book and pay right away?
Yes, for the standard Revenue Leak Audit (one storefront, up to 15 pages). Everything else starts with a quick request so I can confirm the right scope and price.
How do I pay?
Through a secure payment link sent with your agreement, after I confirm the project is a fit. You're never charged before you've accepted the scope.
When does my timeline start?
Once payment is confirmed and your onboarding answers are complete. Timelines count business days.
Terms, privacy and refunds
Scope
Each project follows the written scope you accept before paying. Extra work gets its own quote.
Turnaround
Delivery dates count business days, starting when payment is confirmed and onboarding is complete.
Cancellations and refunds (proposed)
Full refund if you cancel before work begins. After work starts, refunds are prorated or handled case by case. Final terms to be set by Crystal.
Privacy
Your information is used only to deliver your project and communicate with you. Marketing emails go only to people who opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your project appears as a case study or testimonial only with your separate written permission.
